This page is here to explain a little bit about our current situation here in Guatemala. You can read a little bit about the organization under the “about” tab above. Our site is divided into two sections: The Light and the dark. The Light deals with the good things from God (like his son Jesus and the Holy Spirit) and the dark deals with Satan, demons, evil spirits, demonic possession and oppression, deliverance and exorcism, Satanic attack of the occult… well, the rest.
THE LIGHT God, Jesus, Heaven, the Bible, Church, Christians, Death
On The Light side we talk about God’s church, the Bible, life and death, Jesus Christ the son of God, heaven and hell and other things that Christians should talk about. We are not afraid nor ashamed to express our faith and share the things that God has brought to his church through his holy Word, the Bible and his son Jesus Christ. This is what gets us through life and passes us onward after death into heaven to be with Jesus for eternity.
While the church has no problem talking about God, Jesus, the Bible, death and heaven, it leaves Christians scrambling for information on such things as demonic possession and oppression, the evil influence of Satan and his demons using such things as magic, astrology, crystals, psychic projection, spells and a whole host of other items which lead to the occult. The introduction of these things into our lives is made on such a gradual level that we seem to want to deny the reality that they lead to more serious involvement. It is clear that Satan and his demons are intelligent and calculating and have great powers. But as Christians, sons of God through his son Jesus Christ we are told in the Bible that we should not fear because our God is greater than all the evil and all the demons and witches, and yes even greater than Satan himself. It is through the blood of Jesus Christ that there is power to fight the realities of our present-day battles. The problem is, the church doesn’t seem to want to acknowledge that this problem exists.
Ghosts, Haunted, Devil, Evil, Magic, Astrology, Crystals, Psychic, Spells, Demon, Witch, Deliverance, Exorcism, Possession, Demonic, Oppression, Occult
Welcome to the dark side. Before we talk much about the dark side (Satanic and evil spirits, demons, demonic attack, spirit worship, witches, spells, magic, astrology, new age-the list goes on and on) it is necessary to understand that the dark side and all things associated therein has only the power allowed by God. Power to defeat The Light is not present in the dark side, at least not the power equal to the power of God. Satan and his evil can cause havoc here on this earth for awhile but that is all. However, there is power in the dark side and considerable danger which we show in our posts. It is for this reason we strongly recommend that as a Christian you pray before you enter this site. We recommend that you consider reading some of the stories in the Extreme Bible Study category and do a little study to prepare yourself to stand up against the wiles of the devil. With the blood of Jesus as we walk in the Spirit we need not be overcome by fear. But only Jesus defeats the demons and attacks of the evil spirits; of ourselves we have no ability to defeat Satan and his evil entities. But Jesus can, and if He is in us defeat Satan He will–in and through us!
In any event, take a look at the picture on the top of this page. What do you see? Two identical lighthouses. Their job is to warn ships away from the danger so that the ships can travel safely through the channel. At first glance all seems to be in order, but is it? The lighthouse on the left has no power and therefore is superficial. The lighthouse on the right is full of power and shines a brilliant light just as it is supposed to. Ships in the dark of night will navigate away from the danger of the rocks on the right but may head directly to the danger on the left from what they suspected to be a lighthouse that would save them but instead turned out to be a trap to ensnare them.
This is the methodology of Satan and his evil demons. They operate behind false lighthouses that people think will help but instead are simply drawn into the rocks. False lighthouses like magic, crystals, astrology, psychic healers, spells from the witch, and other items of the occult that the devil and his demons are busy spreading throughout the land. They are given the good graces of our false sense of security until they infiltrate our homes and our families. In the United States we have haunted houses and friendly ghosts on Halloween, all in good fun. But is it? We have the good witch on the Wizard of Oz, the good witch on Bewitched, and all sorts of programs on television and in the movies dealing with the occult and black magic. Further yet, we have movies about oppression and possession by demonic spirits and other evil entities, portrayals of exorcisms and deliverance that are hard to believe and everything in between. In fact, we are so used to seeing these things portrayed on the TV screen and in the movies that when it comes down to the real thing, we somehow can’t differentiate in our mind that it is real.
And that’s where I find myself here in Guatemala. Having been exposed to some very strange situations concerning the spirit and spirits (like the Holy Spirit and evil spirits) in the past four years I constantly find myself asking God what he is trying to show me. And many times, it stretches my beliefs and understandings beyond their boundaries. You see, it’s just not easy to have experiences with the attack of evil spirits, demonic activity, exorcism of evil spirits and the like when you have been told these things largely don’t exist. And recently, I was forced to totally change my views based on the true life experience of Hector’s family .
